How do I become an international lawyer?

I live in the United States but i want to become an international lawyer in Lebanon. I would like to complete my college years in Lebanon but i'm not sure if that's possible if I want to become an international lawyer. Can anyone help me about and explain to me the steps I have to take in order to becoming an international lawyer?

Go to Harvard, become a GREAT american lawyer. Read up on the laws in lebanon, move there. Go to a law school there and then boom ur an international lawyer!
