What should we do if our lawyer isn't trying to help us anymore?

It's hard for us to fire him because we don't have anymore money to hire a new one. But this lawyer we have right now is not replying to our emails or phone calls. He's not answering all our questions regarding our case (mom divorcing dad because he abandoned us).

We tried looking for free lawyers but people we talk to keep transferring us to different people.

The lawyer we have right now is frustrating us that we just want to get rid of him but couldn't because we still need his help.

I don't know what to do.

You need to talk to a law society or ring a few solicitors and get the low down on whats what.
